Welcome to the website of our holiday home “Bois de la Borde”. In our holiday home, you are assured of a beautiful location near Cancon, in the French region of Lot et Garonne. This is located below the French Dordogne (30 kilometres). Our holiday home is located about 35 kilometres below Bergerac.
Our house is situated on a quiet country road in a beautiful spot and offers space for 8 people. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house has a living room with open kitchen, together 45 m2, equipped with a cosy wood stove and with a beautiful view. The house is located on a plot of over 1 hectare and has a private heated swimming pool. This means that you can enjoy a beautiful site with all the comforts needed for a perfect holiday. Here you can enjoy the tranquillity of our house, relax and enjoy your complete privacy. All rooms in the house have air conditioning and heating. That makes this holiday home a very pleasant place to spend your holiday no matter the season. Half of our plot of 5000 m2 plot is completely fenced. We like to keep the other half available for nature and offer space to various animals whose territory can therefore extend to our forest.
Our house is fully equipped, the open kitchen has a hob (gas), oven, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator. Outside you can sit on the terrace or under the veranda, especially in the summer it is nice to find shelter. Your wonderful holiday will begin as soon as you have arrived with us!
